CHOIR DIRECTOR/KEYBOARDIST | HOLY TRINITY, BOWIE, MD

Qualifications: Strong skills as keyboardist/director, Organ experience desired, Versatile musician/varied musical styles, BS in Music/commensurate experience. Part time (10-15 hours weekly). Responsible for coordinating, directing and accompanying the music ministry for all worship services. Holy Trinity is an Episcopal church with a strong focus on musically gifted leadership that embraces varied musical styles to enhance the experiencs of those who come to worship. We are looking for someone who: Will facilitate growth in our music program while supporting the community of faith in their journey to encounter God, using music to engage the congregation and the community. Has a degree of qualifed experience in sacred choral music including choral conducting. Specializes in traditional choral and instrumental music but is also able and excited about blending the best of other genres, including sprirituals and contemporary music. Will involve our children and youth in the joy of sacred music.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR | TRINITY, DC

Trinity Episcopal Church is seeking a program director for its intentional Christian community that serves young adults participating in the Trinity Volunteer Corps (TVC). The program director will lead a program of study; provide spiritual direction and guidance to a group of young adults committed to living together in an intentional Christian community grounded in Community, Spirituality, Simplicity and Social Justice. TVC participants are assigned to local social service agencies where they work for a year to promote justice, peace and engage in efforts of advocacy in the greater Washington, DC area.
