Family Fun Day at Washington National Cathedral

Share the wonder of the world’s sixth-largest Cathedral with your kids through special activities tailored just for families from 10 am-2pm!
– Join hands-on activities and see demonstrations about Cathedral artforms like carved stone, stained glass, and needlepoint
– Explore favorite Cathedral features together on a themed scavenger hunt
– Take a break at the coloring station and pop-up library cart
– Stop by the incredible Cathedral LEGO® exhibit to see progress and donate to add bricks to our model
– All ages are welcome; activity booths are geared towards kids ages 4-12
Family Fun Day activities run from 10am to 2pm, but participants are welcome to continue exploring the Cathedral during that day’s posted sightseeing hours.
