SUBMIT YOUR EVENT 

The Diocesan Events Calendar is a central hub for parishes and mission partners to share events of interest to the wider diocesan community. Submitting your event here can increase visibility, enhance your marketing reach, and connect more people to your ministry.

Examples of eligible events include:

• Concerts and author talks
• Social justice actions
• Silent retreats
• Special worship services (e.g., annual Blue Christmas, dedicated Evensong, guest preacher)

Event Submission Guidelines

• Review Process: Events are reviewed by diocesan staff and typically added within 2–3 business days. Inclusion in the Diocesan Bulletin newsletter is subject to staff discretion.
• Image Requirements: Each event must include a graphic sized at 640 x 450 px and under 15 MB in .jpg, .png, or .gif format. Orientation must be “landscape” — that is, wider than tall.
• Event Categories: If no applicable category exists, select “Other” at the bottom of the dropdown menu. A text box will appear where you can enter a custom category.
• Event Location: Use the dropdown menu to select your venue. If you do not see it listed, you must click “yes” to the question below and create a new venue.
• Registration Links: If your event does not require registration, use your organization’s homepage URL when prompted.
