I am writing because we are trying to finish up the [XX Church] [YEAR] Annual Giving Campaign, See, I Am Doing a New Thing. Our goal is for all members of the [XX Church] family to make a financial pledge to the church in the upcoming year so that we can continue to fulfill our mission by serving those within our church family and those within the wider community. We want to be able to continue to carry out the work and ministries of our church, including our [list 2-3 ministries of the church]. I hope we can count upon your support.


Pledges go directly to support all of the church’s work and ministry, from worship and music to Sunday School and all of our outreach into the community. We receive pledges of all amounts, from a few hundred to thousands of dollars per year – whatever works best for the giver. We simply want everyone to participate and support the church.


If you make a pledge, you can pay it on a timetable that is convenient for you: weekly, monthly, etc. The church will send you quarterly statements, so you know how you stand. Contributions to the church are tax deductible.
