Grief Share

GriefShare is a Christian-based group therapy program designed for those walking through the journey of grief – whether their loved one passed recently or years ago. It is a 13-week program with videos, workbooks, discussions, and reflections, and it is a safe and confidential space. Participants are free to share as much or as little as they like, and everything shared stays within the room.

There is no cost to join, and there is no obligation or expectation to attend all 13 sessions (or even the entirety of a single session). Plus, you will receive a complimentary workbook. You can join in person at All Saints Church (3 Chevy Chase Cir, Chevy Chase, MD 20815) or via Zoom; we will send the Zoom link once you register.
