Courageous Discipleship: Deepening Our Lives of Faith

All in the Diocese of Washington are invited to join Bishop Mariann and special guest James Fawcett in an experience of hearing and telling stories of the Holy Spirit at work in our lives. The event will include a significant component of small group sharing, led by trained facilitators. Participants will come away from the event with renewed inspiration and capacity to share their faith stories and invite deep sharing from others.

James Fawcett serves as the head of Being With, a 10-week course exploring Christian faith and life at St. Martian-in-the-Fields in London’s Trafalgar Square. Fawcett has focused on young people over the course of his 20+ years of ministry. He shares, “I am passionate about enabling the local church to share faith as well as positively impact their communities in meaningful, inclusive, creative, and safe ways.”
