Join Washington National Cathedral for an evening of conversation with Episcopal Diocese of Washington Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde and Cathedral Canon Historian Jon Meacham on her new book How We Learn to Be Brave. With How We Learn to Be Brave, Bishop Mariann Budde teaches us to respond with clarity and grace even in the toughest times. Being brave is not a singular occurrence; it’s a journey that we can choose to undertake every day.

How We Learn to Be Brave will be available for purchase before and after the program from Politics & Prose. Bishop Budde will sign books following the program.

This evening forum will take place in the Cathedral nave. Attendance is free, but registration is required. The program will also be available to stream online.
